Group therapy is powerful! Nothing takes the place of hearing that someone else relates to what you are feeling and navigating in your life. We offer process groups and psycheducational groups for adolescents and adults of all genders. Here are some common groups offered at Connections:

Not Alone

A supportive space for adolescents navigating stress, identity, relationships, and the challenges of growing up. Focuses on connection, emotional regulation, and feeling less alone in their experiences. 13-17 year olds. Currently every other Thursday 5-6pm.

Resilient Parents of Neurodiverse Kids

A group for parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children to build community, learn regulation strategies, and receive support from others who understand the unique challenges and joys of neurodiversity.

Caregiver’s Support

A space for caregivers supporting loved ones through illness, disability, or mental health challenges. Focuses on boundaries, burnout prevention, emotional support, and restoring capacity.

Building Community

A gentle, structured group for adults wanting to strengthen social skills, build confidence, and practice connection through shared activities and relational experiences.

Twenties Together

A process group for adults in their 20s navigating identity, relationships, career uncertainty, transitions, and the pressure to “figure it all out.”

Connections

A curriculum‑based group exploring shame, vulnerability, courage, and connection using Brené Brown’s research. Focuses on building resilience and rewriting internal narratives.

Women Supporting Women

A supportive space for women to process life transitions, relationships, identity, stress, and emotional patterns in community with others.

Trauma Resilience Part 1 and 2

A two‑part group series focused on understanding trauma responses, building regulation skills, strengthening internal resources, and increasing capacity for connection and safety.

SomeBody to Love

A body image group exploring self‑perception, cultural messaging, embodiment, and compassion. Helps participants build a more regulated, respectful relationship with their bodies.
